Sports is a very important part of our life, as every one wants to be healthy and fit. There are many types of sports that we play ,like football ,basketball, shuttle, tennis. Our modern day youth are always into sports  and they also take part in many competitions .In the modern world we talk about "the commercialization of sports ".

A commercial is a kind of advertisement targeted at a particular audience. The goal of a commercial is to convince its’ audience to purchase the advertised product. Television has hasten the marketing process and since then it became not only a source for entertainment and news but also probably the most efficient approaches for advertisers to market their goods.One of the most well-known types of commercials are sports commercials for the period of sporting events. Due to the fact man’s sports games are broadcasted more usually than woman’s sports, most of the audience who enjoy these sports commercials are mostly males.

Commercial sports develop under a number of social and economic circumstances. This progress is reliant on the hope of economic for succeeding in sports. To guarantee continuous income from sports, commercialism must be provide in big urban regions with high focus of possible spectators. Cities and towns are perfect for creating new stadiums, starting fresh teams, and presenting new sports to multimillion populations.

I think stress is the main reason why many young people today are falling apart in their lives. The definition of stress is the pressure or tension applies over an object. There are many things that cause stress. Some of them are failing a test, too much homework and projects, sports practices, deadlines of projects, worrying about something. Because of this, they are likely to feel even more upset that they come across these effects of stress.

Stress affect many young people and cause them to do crazy things like committing crimes, dropping out of school, suicide etc. I think the best way to deal with with stress is to either to think positive thoughts or just say the feeling to a friend and share experience while smiling. If their stress is continuous youth people may also face critical health problems such as heart disease, sleeping problems, depression and obesity. As a school student the main cause of stress to you may be attending school. Because students are given tons of homework, projects, essays, tests. every single day. Not only that, most of the due dates of these assignments are close to each other which causes me to feel so much concern. This same way affects university students as well when teachers give lot of home work and have also to complete assignments and also have to study for exams. I have faced these things during my university life.As a result, I have to be working and studying 24/7 at school and home. I scarcely have leisure time for myself whether it would be watching TV/ movie, reading a story book, listening radio or going shopping. I know that I should not be complaining as much because I decided to enroll myself in all honors classes. Most of the time, of we stuck in a certain point, we feel like having extension for work deadlines.

I think as students we should deal these things and relax, practice good time management and simply do best to accomplish the goals. After all of the success we will pay off and benefit my future in the end.  This is the only goal remain to students.

stress and its effects on young people

Stress is a common problem that affects almost all of us at some point in our lives. Learning to identify when you are under stress, what is stressing you, and different ways of coping with stress can greatly improve both your mental and physical well being.
